Project Title: AI-powered knowledge management system (AI-KMS) for productivity, planning and strategic decisions in care homes in England

Abstract:

This project focuses on how AI-powered knowledge management systems (AI-KMS) enhance productivity, planning and strategic decisions among leadership teams of care homes/home cares in England. It seeks to gather new data to investigate the leadership team’s strategic approach to shaping productivity issues and propose and empirically test an AI-KMS model incorporating personalised and tailored care services to the unique needs of elderly people.
