Steve Ennis, MBA, is our business consultant on the AI KMS research project. Steve is a Dementia Champion through the Alzheimer’s Society and a full member of the Association of Business Mentors. Steve is an Associate Lecturer with the University of Worcester Business School, teaching Operations and Value Chain Management along with Strategy to post graduate students. Steve supports the University with the delivery of the government sponsored “Help to Grow” programme for local business owners. Steve has strong links with the local business community in his other role as the Managing Director of Business Doctors in Worcestershire, where his time is spent helping business owners via coaching and the provision of strategic business planning.  Steve has 30 years corporate management experience at senior management level with major blue-chip brands. In the past 16 years he has worked in the elderly care sector with Wiltshire Farm Foods.  He has extensive experience in franchising and is currently a Franchise Champion for the British Franchise Association.
